Our key services acting as owner‘s or FIDIC engineer:

• Advice to Client as necessary on all contract aspects;
• Review and comment on the Design, Construction and Installation contractors works programs, provide recommendations for approval by the Client;
• Review, comment and provide recommendations regarding detailed engineering designs, technical specifications and bills of quantities for all works for approval by the Client;
• Technical supervision over construction including review and recommendation for approval of documentation, works organization plans and working drawings as well as over taking over the completed works and remedying defects;
• Review of materials, structures and equipment procurement orders, analyses of procurement process;
• As necessary, assist Client in assessment of Project costs implications caused by delays;
• Technical supervision of equipment installation;
• Technical supervision of test upon completion and commissioning;
• Review and comment on operation manuals;
• Attending all site meetings with Contractors;
